I think you're wrong is 8 GT/s . |
"DMI" stands for Direct Media Interface, and it is a PCIe-like interface, used to talk to the chipset. PCIe speed is not mentioned in the "Bus speed". It may be added in the future, but not in the near future.

There is no place in the CPU specs for this information. Again, it may be added in the distant future.
