looks like the logo is for Applied Solar Energy Corporation or ASEC


by links around they were developers & suppliers of solar cells, even supplying them for satellites during the 90s

but maybe another company.. will see if I can find anything else close
but logos on silicon often not a perfect match.

close to INMOS


but have a circle around outside looking at this die

I thought Inmos at first but no it isn't. I have a few of these wafers hanging around so wold be nice to identify it properly for the one I keep and don't sell off.....
