AMD P80EC287-12 Whether exists?

I and several colleagues from Russia have the same AMD P80EC287-12. One chip was checked, it works.

Suspect that it is a fake. But it is impossible to find a photo of other AMD P80EC287-12. Documentation on him there. But was there a chip itself?

yes the 80EC287 was made in 10, 12 and 16MHz version
It was similar to the 80C287 by AMD but adds enhanced sleep states, so the FPU shuts down when not in use, ideal for battery operation

It was also made in a PLCC44 package

These came out around 1990-1991, so yours looks genuine
