I bought a box of old chips from an estate sale today and don't know anything about them...are any of them rare? Are they worth anything? Were they used for anything uber cool?

Thanks for your help!

Many of these are collectible (especially the General Instrument White ceramic) and you have a nice start to a collection.

the MC68010s are worth $5-$8 each
the NEC D8085 about $3
The White GI, probably $8-10

the others dont have much value

You will need to register before you start selling. Then go to the "For Sale/Trade (collectable items)" forum and post a new thread, preferably with a photo or scan of the chip.
