I noticed this post when I did a search on SX920

http://www.cpu-world.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10423&highlight=sx920

Did Intel use this sSpec twice or is the DX4-100 a fake?

I've never seen an S-Spec used for two different frequency chips based on the same microarchitecture. So, it could be a typo in the S-Spec number, or a fake.

There is a photo of the DX4-100 on the thread linked in post 1 above and it looks alright to me but I am interested in others opinions

What about SD18? Or would my 33 MHz be a fake?

SD18 (and similar 386 specs are a bit different, There meaning seems to be different from that of the 'normal' sspec

The surface looks kind of polished. It's difficult to say if the markings are printed or laser marked. It'd be nice to see bigger picture.

The problem is Intel didnt use that package for a DX4, the DX4's TDP is too high, it needed the metal slug
