I am looking to upgrade my old 1.1 GHZ AMD Processor. Model Number A1100AMS3B I believe. My mother board is 200MHZ FSB. I heard I could run a 1.4 GHZ with a 266MHZ FSB. Is this true? Any info would be great! Can I get any faster?
Thanks |

My advice.. dont buy top end, but do spend money where it matters... i.e. screen!!! dont buy the latest cpu, but make sure you can upgrade easily later when the $500 cpu you would want now drops massivly in price in a year or so. |
