Unfortunately not in Germany.
They intercept all incoming parcels - small and large. Even if there is an official invoice inside the parcel they still insist that I should pick up the parcel in person. |

cant remember if i told you... once i sent a prety big parcel to AVICC.. and there was a lady asking me how can i prove that in eproms are not stored secret informations.. and hold me there for 3-4 hours while she was calling here superiors asking what to do with my parcel .. |
This lady truly has some problems... At least (what I'm really happy about) the German customs don't know what EPROMs are but you just can't avoid their control. Everytime I need to travel diagonal trough whole Berlin and that makes me crazy. I am happy though that they don't ask further questions and trust the values I give. _________________ Check out my museum project with more than 1500 CPU pics: http://www.cpumuseum.jimdo.com/ |

German customs sounds like Finnish customs. But luckily there is EU which removes all customs between EU countries. _________________ 1242 x86 CPUs in my collection (week 2 2026). |

| Then I am very happy to live in Spain, until now no one of my packets were stopped by customs. |

I send one of these to the tax office every year - you should see the roses outside their office - impressive. _________________ best rgds.
