in tablets there are only SoC ?
is there any list of them?
i got 20+ broken tablets and i think to desolder chips to add to collection, but for some of them are really few infos (i am interested in ARM core type , speed and GPU ):
- infoTMICIMAPX210bm1-80
- Samsung S3C2451XH-53
- Vimicro VC0882BXSA
anybody collect this ships too?

S3C2451 is an ARM926EJ based SoC clocked at 400 to 533MHz (yours I think is 533)
It has a graphics controller and camera controller as well
You may find other chips that have ARM cores too (like for bluetooth or GPS, or some NXP touch screen controllers
