its a fairly early one, old logo 1975
Not rare, but really not common either

4003 is a shift register, for control the I/O signal.
I bought this one only on eBay, so I don't have full calculator board.

Should not be a calculator. As far as I know, it is from a RACAL DANA 9000 counter.
