Now here are some very nice ones

These are TriMedia (created, spun-off, then repurchased by Phillips/NXP) TM-1300 processors.

These are based on a VLIW core thats programmed directly with C/C++. They are used as media processors mainly.

The 1300 is 166MHz 0.25u 2.0V with 32K Inst Cache and 16K Data Cache

These particular ones were what Philips gave out in press kits for the Consumer Electronics Show in 1999

They are marked 'CES SAMPLE'

nice piece of VLIW CPU history

I have a fair number of them so $9 each or 2 for $16

TI went VLIW with their DSP 320C as well, probably at around the same time?

I'll get one if you have some left.
