at a wild guess some kind of VLSI chip. It is a pity about their bad shape because I would collect them if they looked in better condition.

HP PA-RISC chips, not sure about the detail, spend some time and you can find them on google.

It should be a HP PA-RISC 7100 cpu running at 50Mhz (upper left), cache controller for HP PA-RISC (upper right and lower one).

Try to identify it by it part no. (XACT89100GA)
