Microchips for calculators - Russian, Bulgarian, Rockwell. Only NOS.

1. K145BX1. Svetlana factory(SPb). Glass-metal case. This old type case with a soldered cover. This type case was used only Svetlana factory. All chips in aluminum foil. Single chip for the calculator- ALU with memory and control devices.

Single-chip for the calculator- ALU with memory and control devices for calculators with 25 keys. 26mikrkomand. The operation of addition-subtraction 60ms, division-multiplication 200ms, root 500ms.

2. CM6004 binary-decimal decoder. Used in conjunction with A5700 in Elka 55.

Rockwell chips.
