I suggest you identify older computing device.
Give the cue:
1.on this forum many are looking for modern versions of such a device.
side view of a label and I will show on Monday, if no one will solve the riddle.
2.under the unit is A4 paper

The "TEP 256*9" part gave it away...... the other Russian word is not clear enough for me to read!

I thought it says 'TIP' in cyrillic  |
