Damaged mount at the bottom right there is no latch and a piece of plastic. Pictured below intact fan.

Okay, I can see that now. I thought maybe the motor was just bad. Unfortunately, I will have to retract my bid as I don't think I can fix that.  |

OK, actually there not all that difficult also worked in this condition later made a photo.
