Is the 150 mark "5X" and has a high voltage(3.6V) uncommon?
And how about the 200? It's my first one with 200MHZ.

Really nice CPU's. The 5x series seems to be very rare (not the 200)

early GX's ran at 3.3-3.6V
The 5X is the multiplier, since the 150 uses a 30MHz bus.
It is the standard voltage and marking for a 150.
The 200 is nice, I could use one.

And I got another interesting Cyrix today too.
It has a laser mark "021-TC" just like the printing.
Do you know "021 - TC" for what?
