Here are some nice ones
Broadcom (formerly SiByte) BCM1250B2K800
These are dual core 800MHz MIPS64 processors, made on a TSMC 0.13u process, each core has 32K I + D caches and a shared 512K L2 cache.
Package in a rather large (and thick, see picture) 860 BGA package, these are NOS
23 x BCM1250B2K800 $6 each or 2 for $10
