"Gladden" name on the PCB could be related to Intel Crystal Forest Gladden platform, so the chip is probably is a Sandy Bridge Gladden or Ivy Bridge Gladden server-class processor for embedded market. They were manufactured in BGA packages.

Indeed, sSpec QDF1. It is not listed at the CPU-World database yet.

I don't think it's a real QDF number. These are sample markings that tell where each specific piece of part information is located. For instance, it says "Product detail" rather than the product code.

The chip has 2009 copyright date, so I think it's too early for Xeon D (Broadwell-DE).

Intel Gladden Core - http://ark.intel.com/fr/products/codename/37504/Gladden -, for embedded low-power server.

Mobile Ivy-Bridge without integrated graphic core.

Really uncommon core Smile
