Does anyone have any information in identifying IBM CPU?
I have some IBM CPU but can't sure the model and speed of them.
I have their FRU#, however can't identify it by searching FRU# in internet.
Does anyone have information about it?

Same problem here. I have an RS/6000 7013-570 CPU planar here with a 50 MHz POWER1 CPU chipset and cannot identify the chips. There are 7 chips with the same number of pins, 5 of them had a heat sink. Here are FRUs, maybe someone can help:
with heat sink:

w/o heat sink:
