Embedded PowerPC 603e 0.5u 2.6 Million transistors
133MHz 3.3V parts, these do not support floating point (though its on die, its disabled on the embedded version)
Pre-qual parts (they seemed to move quickly to the 'N' revision after these)
20x XPE603ERX133LL New Old Stock $4 each or 2 for $7

Interesting note on these, this implementation is NOT a static design, they actually have a min clock speed (80-100MHz on these I think)
below that they don't work right lol
Some other die versions will run down to 16MHz but not these
