CPU upgrade compatibility

I have an HP dc5750 small form factor desktop PC that I'd like to upgrade for better performance. The CPU specs are: Athlon 64 3500+ 2.2GHz.
Is there any upgrade potential for this CPU - perhaps to an Athlon 64 X2 4800+ or higher? And what other considerations, if any, do I need to take in order to make this possible? Thank you for your advice.

You could go as far as a Athlon 64 X2 6400+ (Windsor) on that board with the latest BIOS.
