I'd be suspicious the Zilog Z84C0020PEC is a remarked part. They only Z84C0020PEC's I've been able to run at 20mhz came directly from Mouser and had different printing.
I purchased a batch from Ebay with the 0512 LK markings thru allpartspipe2008 and all were remarked probably 6mhz parts. There seems to be a flood of them on Ebay currently. |
