Historical IBM Items.

Dudes - I have been contacted by a husband and wife team In Fla. who have come into the possession of what I can only describe as a unique artifact/collection of IBM stuff. I have posted the photos of what they showed me so far below. Personally because they are not etched wafers as such I am not buying but I hope one of you guys will be interested. The collections seems to be from late 1960's to early 1970's and looks very much like the artifacts of an educational course in wafer fabrication - there is a slideshow for example showing the complete process of how to make 1 1/4 inch wafers. There are ingots, framed wafers, documented wafers, seed crystals and I am sure a lot more besides that the folks have not sent me yet. They are interested in selling it as a collection and in my heart it would be nice to see it kept in one piece rather than piecemeal sold off on eBay....

I'm in contact with the sellers and are (hopefully) close to a deal. They are a 4-hour drive each way and want some serious $$$, so I would have to sell some of the items to make it happen.
