The pinnacle of National 32k Processors the NS32GX32 is a full 32-bit processor with 512 bytes of I-Cache + 1K of D-Cache
Made on a 1.25u CMOS process it uses around 320,000 transistors. Its 4-stage pipeline is good for 12.5MIPS at 25MHz.
