I am using the 0a64h motherboard in the ew315av HP computer with amd socket am2. The processor currently on the board is the amd Athlon 64 X2 4400+ Brisbane 65W processor. I am looking to upgrade this to either the 5600+ or 6000+ Brisbane. The 5600+ does have a 65W model, but the 6000+ only has the 89W model. Since my motherboard is currently using a 65W processor, is this the only processor I am capable of running, or can I run a different wattage processor, such as the 89 or 125 watt, or will this damage the motherboard?

I definitely appreciate any advice that can be offered on this topic. Thanks in advance for taking the time to answer this question.
