AMD FX 6300 running at 1.33GHZ... Why ? :(

Hello guys,

So here is the deal, i just bought a new PC, which has AMD FX 6300 and Radeon R7 260x, 4gb Ram DDR3, Windows 8.1 64bit.

I tried different games in Ultra settings, wow, LoL, Dying Light, etc.

In all the games, after I launch the game after 2-3 min, i receive a massive FPS drops, from 40-50 FPS to 9-13.

I realized that in that moment when the FPS drop, the processor is running at 1.33GHZ and i don't know why is running so low.

If i minimize the game, the processor goes up after a couple of seconds to 2.90GHZ - 3.10 GHZ, then if i maximize the game, its running perfectly once again, and after 2-3 min FPS drops once again.

What can i do ? Me sad

What's the CPU temperature? Sounds like CPU throttling under load.

Or VRM throttling. What motherboard?
