|
|
12x AMD AM27512-30DE
7x AMD AM27128A-20DE
AMD did things slightly different then say Intel. They offered their products in standard temp range (Commercial) and Industrial as standard products. Anything outside of that required you to contact AMD to make arrangements. Thus documentation is somewhat scarce. Though not impossible...
C = Commercial 0 to 70C
I = Industrial -40-85 (some times, rarely, -40-125)
E = Extended -55-125C
M = Military -55-125C (same as extended but they have higher voltage tolerances as well, usually 10% rather then 5%)
L = Limited Military -55-100C
These EPROMs are a bit of an anomally as the -30 and -20 also denote they are 10% voltage tolerant as well as Extended temp, so they are equivalent to the 'M' rated ones.
$2 each or a pair for $3 _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
