Hello.
I need help. How to clean the chip from the remnants of thermal grease? Or is it the type of corrosion and have no chance?
The solvent, paint stripper and varnishes do not help. These means to get rid of the thermal paste between the chips and SMD, but the polished surface of the chip is not removed similarity corrosion.
Thank you all in advance for your answers.

I use a product known as Cellulose Thinners, which is Methyl Ethyl Ketone and Methyl Isobutyl Ketone. _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

Thank you, but I fear for overly aggressive CLR. I worry, CLR chips can "absorb".
Thank you for the advice.
p.s. Have you tried this remedy to clear these chips?

Methyl ethyl ketone - butanone must try.
More plan to try to isopropyl alcohol.
Thanks! |
