HP Chip? 5181-2742 1FF9 PA7000? chipset?

HP 5181-2742, mounted on a PCB with a 136 pieces of TC511001AJ-10 memory chips. It did have a heatsink on it.

This 272 pin chip package was used by HP for PA-Risc NS-1 CPU and controller boards
NS-1 CPU is 1FJ5, but they used this chip package also for controller chip (es. CCU or MIU ecc.) and unfortunately your don't have sticker or stamp on it

1FF9 is all, probably CCU, being tlcs was on a board full of memory chips
