Hello all,
I have a Power4 MCM for sale, very clean with perfectly intact ceramic.
I have removed it myself from the copper heatspreader, removed the ceramic heatspreaders cemented to the dies, and cleaned the dies.
There's a few blemishes on the gold pads on the other side.
