they are unfinished, the round pads is for balls, square for LGA.

being all I have is from test lots it makes sense, they will work fine in a test socket (and clearly were used as such, as all the pads have marks from spring contacts on them)

Regarding the BGA/LGA that helps answer another question I had as my chips are ball-less Embarassed lol

Any idea on the package name for a NEC MR-4401b? or should i just list it as Ceramic PGA and LGA ??? lol
