Dear everyone, I have received some cool wafers from AT&T Bell Labs with what is likely various transistor designs. Unfortunately they were mostly damaged during shipping, and I am offering here for sale some of the best I have, with no or minor scratches.
These wafers are 5" diameter, and they are polished down to paper thin. They need to be handled with care. The back side is entirely gold plated, while some also have gold plating on the front.
All wafers $5 each.
Free shipping to AVICC.
Pictures as well as scans are available on my server here, just pick the number(s) you want and you'll get it!

I can pack them safely, but direct shipping from the US is expensive, yes...
I'll try for better luck on eBay... |
