As far as I can tell, Q0877 should be in a ceramic package, so I would say it is fake. Also, I don't thing that there was a plastic pentium at that speed.

SL27C was @133Mhz

This site has it listed as a B1 stepping SPGA, but this is incorrect by my work records.
The Q0877 was a 133MHz C0 stepping PPGA out of Intel's Assembly Technology Development section.
At the same time we were testing boards with Q0878, a 150MHz C0 stepping PPGA.
This was October 1995, so would work in with the week 30 1995 marked on the processor

from my time in the industry & having dealt with the grey/fake market I have no reason to suspect this is a fake.

from my notes the number after ATD was more an internal number used by Intel & may not have anything to do with dates

date code will be in the FPO, E530 so 9530
