Hi folks,
for sale are some interesting and rate items from the semicondutor industries of the former GDR:
- U2764 EPROM, ceramic package. Some available: 6€ each
- U552D EPROM, only known i1702 clone in plastic DIP package: 6€ each (5 available)
- U80601, i286 clone in PLCC housing. One available: 40€
Anyone?

Update for the EPROMs:
Beside the already mentioned EPROMs are also available:
- U555C, rare AMD-version (Arbeitsstelle für Molekularelektronik Dresden): 8 Euro / each
- U552C, any, 4 Euro
- U2732CC35: 4 Euro / each
- U2764CC20a: 8 Euro
- U2764A CC18: 6 Euro / each 4 available.
- U552D with print: 12 Euro (1 available)
- U552D without print: 6 Euro each
Note: U552D were never used, never sold. The U552D EPROMs I own, are no mass production, but "hand crafted". Due to quality issues, this project was stopped.
