Dear all,
May be of interest, I have this super old school Allen Bradley RAM SIMM, date code on chips 1978.
Has 8 Intersil IM6518 1024x1 DRAM chips, for a whopping 1kB of RAM 
Also lots of hand soldering and bodge wires!
I'm asking $6 for this one.
