Marcin, sometimes this works in my country, U.S.A., and sometimes it doesn`t, but Oh! what a shortcut! Go to your bank. Tell them about the buyer, eBay, and deal. International law and lawyers often fix this stuff in less than 24 hours.

No progress at this case. I took a call to PayPal support. They answered me with the simple way. That was transaction at eBay - call eBay ("looser"). I asked for phone number to polish branch. It hasn't phone number. I asked to international phone number to eBay.com. It hasn't also. I can phone to UK. My english isn't fluent so I cann't fix it personally.

My bank will not help me because PayPal and eBay are out of their jurisdiction.

Helpless as a child ... but not gived up. I wrote to USPS suspection of fraud departament - thanks to mister_rf for a link. Next step will be searching for a contact to police departament. That is definiteley a fraud but who will take a responsibility to help and fix that ? I'm almost sure no one in these hasty times.

If I will loose I will end with selling on eBay. Not a big deal for them but ebay communnity is "bursting at the seams" from many of similar problem threads.

BTW. If you want to sale on eBay you have to use PayPal. No other option. OK merchant credit card system is acceptable but who is using it ? It cost min. 25USD/month and propably only for buisness purposes Smile eBay = monopoly

EDIT. I wrote to http://www.worldlawdirect.com/

Found Law Institution in Sacramento who is specialized in eBay dispute cases.

Polish eBay says that I lost dispute case at eBay because I have sent to other adress. How they know that if they not asked me for shipping proof doc. They are wizzards or fairy ?

Does ebay have seller protection?

I used to sell a samsung note3 on ebay and buyer claimed credit card charge back. paypal got me to provide them with proof of delivery. I provided with receipt from post office with tracking number on it and of course there is no detailed address on the receipt. Eventually paypal/ebay give me money back under their seller protection program.
