I'm having trouble finding die maps for an Intel 80486 and Intel Pentium P54C chips. Anybody know if they exist?

Thanks.

What is a die map?

There is a thread with hundreds of die pics, if that is what you need?

die map, better known as a floor plan, tells what the function of each section of a die is (registers, logic, microcode, cache, etc)
