anybody know this LGA775 CPU?

I'd this intel LGA775 P4(or PD?) cpu for quite long time(2005'Jan)

only these words on it's surface :

the code is :35423424 a1148

I've seen it can be bootup on HP dl320G2,but failed in other MB(915 925 945 pc MB)

anybody can tell me more detail info about it?
and which kind MB can boot it,tks!!
