It's that Engineering Sample or ES = manufacture code?

No, that is just a manufactuing code.

It is a P120 with Sspecs SX994.

A very common cpu. I have a ton of them.

Look for sspecs with Qxxxx

So the "Qxxxx" is what makes it the ES 's ?
