Here are some nice ones, these are original Hitachi SuperH SH-1's
The SuperH went on to become very popular, and is sill being made, these are the original core though, as used in the Sega game consoles (amongst other things)
They are a 32-bit RISC core, running at 20MHz. Later versions (the SH-2) added cache.
