6x PMC RM7061A-250Q 250MHz 0.13 micron w/ 256K L2 Cache. This processor uses the RM7000A 64-bit MIPS core, but in the same package as the older RM5261A, making for an easy upgrade.
Address and Data busses are multiplexed, and the L3 cache interface omitted, allowing the 7000A core to work in a 208 pin package. Probably the smallest footprint of anything with 256K of L2 cache haha
