Are these RAM chips Military Spec?

I have some Hitachi RAM chips (circa 1987) and they have a stencil that makes me wonder if they are MilSpec:

S-MIL-T

(please see the attached pic)

Do any of you know what the "S-MIL-T" mark means?

Update:
The S-MIL-T designation means they are "Class S" chips ("subclass T").
"Class S" means those chips meet the Department of Defense's (and NASA's) specifications for use in Spacecraft, in terms of operational reliability and resistance to radio frequency interference.

"Subclass T" means they are rated for passive parts use and not recommended for use as active parts in mission-critical systems (e.g. Life Support systems).
