|
|
| I have recently come across a large processor with no standard markings that I can tell. It is as wide as a Pentium Pro SL25A, but is about 1 centimeter longer. It seems to have the same pin-out as a Pentium Pro. It has the Intel logo. There is no top cover. It consists of a fiber board with two large square ?processor? chips, perhaps BGA mounted to the fiber plane. There are also what appears to be two chips with good sized heat sinks marked Linear LT934 and two small dip chips, along with a collection of tantalum and MLCC capacitors. The bottom of the board, inside the mounting pins, is a collection of MLCC capacitor chips with a few similarly packaged resistors. The pin side of the board has a barcode with the following markings: IN6T83500423 AA 693380-104 The larger BGA chip has the following marking: L8262841-0103 The smaller BGA chip has the following markings: L833A087 and 21828015OF 1594 Any help that you can provide in identifying this CPU would be greatly appreciated. |

It is a Pentium2 OD got heatsink and fan removed. And the bottom cover is removed. sSpec could be SL2KE or SL3EA _________________ Want List
