25x Fujitsu MB86936 50Mhz Clock Doubled SPARC Processor w/ FPU and 4K Instruction Cache + 2K Data Cache
Made on a 0.5 micron 3 Level CMOS process in a PQFP208 package
Back in the 90's ARM wasn't well known like today, so if you needed a RISC processor, you got a SPARC like this one, or a MIPS (or a nice PowerPC)
