If it is the same as mine I did the following.
Drill small hole in a corner of the heatsink from top.
Insert a machine screw in hole which is larger.
As you thread down the screw (flat bottom) it will not break ceramic but lift the metal cap off.
If you lived near me I'd do it for you  |

Same method did NOT go well with an organic version I dented it lol |

managed to get it off finally!
