I'm looking for documentation, datasheet of Synertek 2650-P-02 CPU.
I'd like to know the possible differences to Signetics 2650.
My problem is that a Synertek 2650-P-02 does not work in a circuit in which the Signetics and Philips 2650 work fine.
Any idea, advice and suggestions are welcomed. _________________ ----------------------------------------------------------

| have you looked at Harris/Intersil datasheets as they also manufactured licensed copies of the 2650 |

I have not found those either. But I have not seen any Harris/Intersil 2650 CPU. |

Yes, on the die shot Synertek_2650-P-02_die.JPG does not seem to be a CPU.
Maybe we have fakes, because Synertek licensed the 2650, so their product must work as Signetics 2650 do. |
