I'm looking for documentation, datasheet of Synertek 2650-P-02 CPU.
I'd like to know the possible differences to Signetics 2650.

My problem is that a Synertek 2650-P-02 does not work in a circuit in which the Signetics and Philips 2650 work fine.

Any idea, advice and suggestions are welcomed.

Just check my die shot:

and compare to Signetics 2650A die:

https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Signetics_2650A_die.JPG

They clearly aren't similar enough with so much less transistors in Synertek chip. I'd also like to know function of Synertek 2650-P-02, at least it can't be CPU.

have you looked at Harris/Intersil datasheets as they also manufactured licensed copies of the 2650

I have not found those either. But I have not seen any Harris/Intersil 2650 CPU.

Yes, on the die shot Synertek_2650-P-02_die.JPG does not seem to be a CPU.
Maybe we have fakes, because Synertek licensed the 2650, so their product must work as Signetics 2650 do.
