|
|
I'm working on the design of the next CPU tester board for evaluating 2650 family CPUs.
For validating the tester I'm looking for test CPUs, see below.
If someone has surplus of any of them, please let me know, I'd like to buy them.
I need:
Philips MAB2650A, MAB2650A-1
Signetics 2650, SCN2650AC1N40, SCN2650AC2N40,
2650BI, 2650B-1I, 2650BN, 2650B-1N :-(only seen in datasheet)
Synertek 2650-P-01, 2650-P-02
The 2650 CPU tester is ready. The manual is here:

| I've opened Synertek 2650-P-02 for die shot and die is very different and a lot simpler than Signetics 2650AI die, so at least my Synertek chip isn't 2650 CPU after all. I'll try to release these two die shots in a couple days. |

if you don't find them to buy
I have
Philips MAB2650A, MAB2650A-1
Signetics 2650, SCN2650AC1N40, SCN2650AC2N40,
Synertek 2650-P-01, 2650-P-02
but only for test like 6502 |

Not sure, but I think Synertek 2650-P-02 similar to Signetics 2650. And 2650A has a new mask design. _________________ ----------------------------------------------------------

Thanks! It's very kind of you.
But first I try to buy some, that I can use for testing later on, not just for the prototype.
I'm waiting offers, please! _________________ ----------------------------------------------------------

I've now released those die shots so that you can see the dies http://www.cpu-world.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=21226&start=165
Synertek one can't really be earlier version because differences are so large with completely different transistor counts. It's possible that I opened fake chip, but I don't understand why someone would fake these. |

Yes, that doesn't seem to be a CPU. But it worth a try with my tester lol. _________________ ----------------------------------------------------------

The prototype of Signetics 2650 CPU tester is ready.
I have some spare PCBs so I can solder them if required, at price $44.00
The link to the manual is in the first post. _________________ ----------------------------------------------------------
