Via Cyrix III/C3 family was developed using different cores.

Here is what I use for identification:

A320xxx : Samuel
AG40xxx : Samuel 2
A350xxx : Ezra
AG60xxxx : Nehemiah

Is there a way to identify Ezra-T core?

Not sure how reliable it is but Ezra-T often have "T" letter on the back as Nehemiah.
"T" means compatibility with Tualatin socket.

And of course you can check cpuid, 689 for Ezra-T and 678, 67A for Ezra.

PS Samuel also have A300xxx and AG20xxx codes.

Thanks!
