Indeed, the sale is closed.

I appreciate it when I receive offers but the sale had not been opened
up yet to offers and someone else purchased the chip at the currently
offered price. I wasn't offended that you sent an offer below my already
reduced price. The risk you take by doing so is that someone else
may pay the current asking price and get the chip.
