The Seller has blocked bidders from outside the USA
and my guess would be that we could be up for an Apple 1
at a "Bargain price" of less than $250K:

Yes, it seems the microprocessor data bus lines were cut, and empty sockets were put in place for some sort of additional buffers.  |
