Hi,
At last I created paypal account I need one person who will send me 12 euro to my account and I will send back 15 euro to him. This will be test my account. WHO CAN HELP ME ?

It work. Cash was receive and send to my bank in Germany without any problems ! Now I will send 15 EUR back.

Wow ! PayPal is full functional in Poland from today ! Can send and receive funds also and all in native language. But I will keep my old good german account too for german collectors to not pay currency transfer fees
